Grantsburg, WI - July 18, 2004 - Ultimax 3 and Howie
Steenburg teamed up to win the stock ovals at the
28th annual Grantsburg Championship Watercross. Carlisle
supports the sport of snowmobiling whether it’s on snow,
asphalt, grass or water. You don’t want to have a belt
fail anytime but especially when you’re in the middle of
the lake. That’s why racers and snowmobile enthusiasts of
all kind agree the belt of choice is Ultimax 3.
The Watercross Championship includes drag and oval
racing over water. The races are sanctioned by the
International Watercross Association (IWA). The
Grantsburg Watercross is the "World Championship"
race within the IWA racing circuit, and is known
as the "Granddaddy of Them All" by the racers.
